Conditions and guarantees for Online Reservations

General conditions

On reserving via our website, you accept all the general conditions relating to the booking in accordance with the current legislation.

You can see the general conditions of your reservation at the time of the booking. This also details the price breakdown and the VAT.

This does not include the tourist tax which must be paid on arrival at the hotel.

Responsibility for personal details

On making the reservation, the customer is responsible for giving accurate information.

If the details prove to be wrong, this could result in the cancellation of the booking.

Reservations

To guarantee the reservation, the customer must pay a deposit of 10% of the total amount of the booking. This can be done by credit card online via a secure bank server. This is the last step of the booking process and the reservation is not confirmed without it. The payment can also be done by bank transfer.

The payment is in euros.

Once the deposit has been paid, we will send you an email with the confirmation and details of your reservation.

The balance will be paid on arrival at the hotel, at the check-in. Otherwise the reservation will be cancelled.

If you make a reservation and for whatever reason, the price shown is wrong, the booking will not be valid.

We will inform you of the error as soon as possible and you will have the option of either paying the correct price or receiving a refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations and modifications

If you cancel or modify the booking up to 7 days before the arrival date, no charge will be made. In case of a cancellation, the deposit will be refunded.

If you cancel or modify the booking within 7 days of the arrival date, we will not refund the deposit and you will be charged for the first night.

If you do not show up at the hotel on the date of your reservation without notifying us, you will be charged the total amount of your booking.

Modification of the date of the reservation once your booking is confirmed will be subject to availability.

You must send us an email to confirm the change of date or cancellation in order for us to have your request in writing. We will reply, either accepting your request or suggesting other dates.

Even if you call us to check the availability of your new dates, you must email the hotel with the request.
